Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are still attached to the garments.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off your package at any authorized Birmingham courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
